I joined the Adeline Network and posted my profile page. The next day, I received an email from Doti. She had searched the Adeline Network for others who love growing roses. She saw on my calendar that I would be available for guests on January 23 which is also our chorus rehearsal night.

We visited on the phone and she confirmed her reservation with me for a guest room. We planned to eat at my favorite restaurant on the way to chorus rehearsal. The next morning we looked forward to sharing our love of growing roses. Doti was happy to pay $60 to a "sister Adeline" rather than a hotel and I looked forward to meeting such an interesting person.

All went as planned except that we had such a good time, Doti decided to stay another night so she could share a real adventure with me. We went on a hot air balloon ride!!

I have made a treasured friend and am looking forward to visiting her in Texas. Doti and I realize that the Adeline Network has opened the door to endless possibilities for unique travel experiences and a world of fun and new friends.
